Saint Florian Apparel LLC provides rates for the cost of shipping our HATS ONLY to select countries worldwide.  The postage rates are calculated by the exact cost to ship the product from California, USA, direct to you.  These postage rates are provided by the United States Postal Service, but do NOT include customs duties, taxes or fees imposed by your home country.  Saint Florian Apparel LLC is not responsible for customs duties, taxes or fees imposed by the destination country.  This burden falls on the consumer.  The postage rates applied when checking out, cover only the cost of moving the product.  You may be responsible for, but not limited to, import duties, tariffs, taxes, or fees, imposed by your country of residence. If you are unfamiliar with the added cost of such import duties, tariffs, taxes or fees we recommend contacting your local postage office for clarification.  Saint Florian Apparel LLC will not cover these expenses, nor reimburse for any duties, tariffs, taxes or fees imposed. Consumers are also urged to to consult, if unaware, of the limitations of importing palm straw material to their country.  Although unaware of any specific limitations to any country on the import of our products, Saint Florian Apparel LLC will not refund, replace or reimburse the product cost or shipping cost of any products which are held, delayed or disposed of by foreign customs, due to import regulations of palm straw materials and/or products manufactured outside of the destination country.
